The Institute for Central Europe (ICE) recently hosted two impactful Agile Project Management training sessions designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Institute’s team members, marking a significant step towards achieving excellence in project development and project management.
The first of the two training sessions was facilitated by the University of Liège in Bratislava, Slovakia, under the guidance of Florian Debève, an experienced project manager. ICE team delved into the intricacies of complex project management, gaining valuable insights into tailoring successful project proposals, a skill essential for thriving in a competitive international environment.
The second session was led by Geoffroy Decorsier, project manager with a focus on international projects from Université Paris Cité, sharing his expertise and knowledge.
