Pivotal Agile Project Management Training

The ICE team had the opportunity to participate in a pivotal Agile Project Management Training session under the ACRONYM project held in Bratislava and expertly led by Florian Debève, an experienced project manager from the University of Liège. With a focus on transferring essential skills and best practices from both partners within the ACRONYM project, the training delved into advanced project management techniques, effective administration strategies, and proposal writing methodologies. The session equipped ICE staff with valuable tools and insights to elevate our project execution and management, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in research administration!
