Vladimír Kavický is a recognized expert with over 30 years of experience in defense, security, and explosives research. Throughout his career, he has held key positions in the Slovak Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense (National Armament Director) of the Slovak Republic, and international organizations such as NATO, OSCE, and the European Defence Agency. His expertise spans armament, explosives legislation, project management, and technical consultancy.

As the founder and director of several companies, he is currently engaged in research, development, and consulting in the field of defense technologies. He is the author of professional publications, co-author of legislative proposals, and an active university lecturer. His work has been acknowledged through participation in international projects focused on security, migration, and support for the defense industry.
